Training for executives, managers and staff

We will work with staff at all levels to increase sensitivity, understand privilege and identify the ways implicit biases can influence work relationships, and develop practices for hiring and supervising employees that are meaningful, inclusive and respectful.  We provide customized training to meet the specific needs of the particular audience.   Training for staff, managers and executives may require different curricula.


Policy review – bias in policy settings (legal, HR, etc.)

Unconscious and implicit bias are present in our daily lives and require work to correct.  Corporate policies should be free of our society learned bias in order to be truly fair for all employees. We will work with you to recognize and correct bias that presents itself in your policies, as well as legal and HR advice.
